Work with the Swedish Red List and The Swedish Taxonomy Initiative (STI), where more than 2000 new species have been discovered since the initiative started 2002 and species information is distributed on the web and by The Encyclopedia of the Swedish Flora and Fauna (a series of identification handbooks in Swedish). System owner of some of our bioinfrastructure systems:
* Artportalen (The Swedish Species Observations System): www.artportalen.se. Approximately 60 million observations, more than 1 million photos. 97% of this is citizen science data. Public observations are harvested by the GBIF ( 80% of the Swedish data comes from Artportalen).
* Artfakta (Information of Swedish Species): www.artfakta.se. Species descritions, ecology, distribution, taxonomy and information for nature conservation. The taxonomic information is more thoroughly presented in Dyntaxa (www.dyntaxa.se).
* Artnyckeln (Species Determination Key): www.artnyckeln.se. Recently published, more determination keys are to come.
